Order Processing

All orders placed online Monday-Friday,  excluding holidays, before 2pm EST (Eastern Standard Time) will begin processing that day and ship within 48 hours, pending item availability and credit card verification. Orders placed after 2pm EST will being processing the next business day, excluding holidays and weekends.

Order Cancellation

An order can potentially be cancelled within two (2) hours of being placed. Please contact us immediately. If successful, you will receive an order cancellation e-mail. Beyond the two hours, unfortunately we cannot offer order cancellation because the order will have already started processing.


We ship to the US and Canada by USPS, UPS and FedEx. Transit time is based on the order destination and the weight of product(s) ordered. We select the best shipping method possible. Orders that have more than one item maybe shipped in separate packages and may arrive on different days.

Order Tracking

Upon completion of your order, you will receive a shipment confirmation e-mail, which will include a tracking number. It might take time for the shipping information to appear on the courier's website. If you do not find tracking information yet, please try again later.

Return and Refund

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase, inclusive of transit time. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your items and packaging must be returned in the same original condition in which they were purchased to receive a full refund. A restocking fee, potentially up to to the full purchase price, may be applied if the return does not meet the above criteria, at our discretion.

Shipping costs are not refundable.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
